We offer a North-East based workshop facilities with medium sized floor space around 600sq ft usable area to strip and re- build machinery.

Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Off site Small-to-medium machinery re-builds is a speciality. Decomission, strip, inspect for wear/damage, repair/machine existing items, source replacement parts, strip/clean and re-paint where appropriate. Re-assemble/wire/test. Old-for-new control system. Customer site visit to commission.

Site Services / Press Inspections (HSG236)

Our On-site services are extremely varied. Manufacturing press shops being a speciality. Plant inspections, Safety inspections / advise. Equipment fault finding / repair. Equipment updates and total re-wire & new control systems. All site work carried out in a controlled and proffessional manner adhering to site safety rules. We are IPAF licensed for regular MEWPS, and carry current safety passports which can be verified live at any time online.

Training

All our completed work comes with associated traing. This includes machine function for operatives and engineers alike. A detailed training is also offered for system intergration details for maintenance / engineering staff. All designs and engineering drafts are carried out using popular and current software packages. 3D modelling also available.

Documentation

All our rebuilds and manufactured cells come with all support documentation. Electrical diagrams/prints are assembled using the E-plan platform and can be supplied in a choice of customer formats to be read by the user. Wiring diagrams, safety documentation, parts list, plc code and service plans are provided.

Equipment re-siting / moving management / Turnkey projects

Successful relocation of machinery is key to maintaining the secure flow in production. We offer a de-comissioning/re-comissioning service to fulfill most needs. We will project manage the movement of machinery from any A to any B. Moving machinery between cells in the same location, moving machinery between sites and moving machinery between countries/continents. We don’t have physical capacity move equipment, that’s for the professionals. The service we can provide is the knowledge and security that if it used to work, then it WILL work after the move.
